The INTROL PRO-ZAP Sp. z o.o., taking into account the need to improve the quality of the offered supplies and services, building the best possible relationships with customers and meeting the requirements in the field of occupational health and safety management, has introduced an integrated management system (IMS) according to the standards PN-EN ISO 9001:2015-10 and PN-EN ISO-45001:2024-02.

As an automation and mechatronics systems enterprise, our mission is to provide turnkey solutions for any continuous and manufacturing process application, based on the latest global technical advancements. We deliver modern and secure technologies supported by world-class service and customer support. We specialize in automation systems as well as automated production and testing stations. We understand and meet the needs and expectations of our clients, guaranteeing full satisfaction from our cooperation. INTROL PRO-ZAP Sp. z o.o. is fully committed to achieving customer satisfaction through employee engagement and continuous improvement, while maintaining the highest standards of occupational health and safety.

Our goal is to provide products and services of such quality that they deserve the recognition of recipients. The way to achieve this goal is:

compliance with the terms of contracts and deadlines for the execution of orders,
systematic monitoring of the market, its needs and requirements,
taking care of continuous technical and technological development,
continuous improvement of employees’ qualifications,
selection of suppliers and subcontractors that meet our requirements,
continuous improvement of the quality management system.

As part of the quality management system, we apply procedures related to ensuring the safety of our products and installations in accordance with the applicable directives and standards, which allows for the CE marking of them.

Code of Business Ethics

Our primary goal is to act in accordance with applicable legal and social standards and to base our decisions on ethical patterns. The organizational culture and tradition developed over the years are the source of the values that guide us as the Grupa Introl member.

That is why the Code of Business Ethics of the Introl Capital Group (hereinafter: the Code) was developed, in which the most important values guiding the organization in its daily activities are emphasized. Internal regulation is to help understand how to make current business decisions in a correct and clean manner. The Code is therefore an intra-group core regulation which has the highest legal force in the regulatory system in force in the Introl Group. The basic source and base of the Code are the ethical principles and regulations that reflect the moral rules that are desirable, good, right and important for the Introl Group.
